6. Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

All prices are listed in GBP. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2 Refunds

Online Courses

Due to immediate access to digital course content, all online course purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure the course is right for you before purchasing. If you have any questions, you're welcome to contact me at hello@kirstencloete.com.

Corporate Wellness Programs

Once a corporate wellbeing agreement has been signed, payments are non-refundable. Please ensure the proposed scope, deliverables and terms meet your requirements before entering into the agreement.

Individual Consultations

Fees for individual consultations and personalised programmes are payable in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once your booking or programme has been confirmed and payment has been made, fees are non-refundable.

By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display my content without written permission.
