I hold a Master’s Degree in Chiropractic, am a Certified Craniopath (SOTO-Europe), Certified Craniofascial Dynamics Practitioner (HPCFD), Transformational Coach (IPHM), Certified Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner (AMNLP), and Certified Integrated Energy Techniques Practitioner.

While my professional background includes training in chiropractic and other therapeutic modalities, my coaching, online courses, and corporate wellness programs are provided for educational, personal development, and self-empowerment purposes.

Unless explicitly stated and agreed upon in advance, my services do not include the diagnosis, treatment, or prescription of medical conditions.

All prices are listed in GBP. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2 Refunds

Online Courses

Due to the immediate access to course content upon purchase, no refunds are offered. Please read the course sales page carefully to ensure it is right for you. If you have any questions before purchasing, email me at hello@kirstencloete.com.

Corporate Wellness Programs

Once a corporate wellness agreement has been signed, no refunds are available. Please ensure the scope, deliverables, and terms are acceptable before signing.

1:1 Coaching

A complimentary discovery call is provided to ensure the relationship is the right fit. Once you proceed, sign up, and payment is made, no refunds are permitted.

By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

All content, materials, videos, texts, graphics, and resources I create are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
