Who is The Elevation Method for?

The Elevation Method is for ambitious women with big dreams, goals, and desires — women who want to make a real impact in the world but feel stuck in the “tired-but-wired” cycle: constantly switched on, running on empty, and battling stress, overthinking, and self-doubt. They know that if they could break free from these patterns, they’d have the clarity, confidence, and capacity to lead, create, and show up in the way they truly want to.

What makes this different from other coaching programs?

The Elevation Method goes beyond traditional mindset coaching by working at the level of the nervous system and subconscious. Alongside high-performance mindset practices, it incorporates EFT Tapping, breathwork, and, where helpful, lifestyle medicine tools to create deep, lasting change. This fully tailored 1:1 approach supports your physical, mental, and emotional health so you can break old patterns and build results that truly last.

What will we actually do in the sessions?

Each session is tailored just for you. We go through what’s happening in your world and how you want to feel instead — you don’t need to plan what to say, I guide the process so it all unfolds naturally. We then use EFT — a technique shown to calm the amygdala, the brain’s stress and fear center — along with other mind-body practices to break the link between stress and the situations or thoughts that trigger it. Because the work happens at the level of your nervous system and subconscious, the changes become real, lasting shifts.

How soon will I see results?

Many clients notice shifts within the first couple of sessions — feeling calmer, clearer, and less reactive. But lasting transformation takes time. That’s why The Elevation Method runs for 12 weeks: it allows us to peel back the layers gently and sustainably, so the changes feel safe, grounded, and long-term rather than quick fixes that don’t last.

How much time do I need to commit?

Sessions are one hour each week for 12 weeks, with space in between to integrate what we cover. You won’t be given “homework” unless it feels supportive — this is about making things easier, not adding more to your plate.

What if I feel nervous about doing this work?

That’s completely normal. This is a gentle, guided process where you set the pace. We work with your nervous system, so nothing feels forced or overwhelming — the whole point is to create safety and make change sustainable.

Do I need to share everything about my past?

Not at all. One of the unique things about EFT Tapping is that it creates powerful change without needing to go into every detail of your story. You only share what feels comfortable — the technique works by calming the nervous system and shifting the emotional charge around certain memories or patterns, so you can experience real relief and change without having to relive everything.

How do I know if this is the right fit for me?
